The spline gear is formed by a male spline on the drive shaft and a female spline with the same number of teeth on the counterpart to transmit the transmission torque from one part to the other.
There are many processing methods for external splines, which can be broaching, shaping, milling, rolling, grinding, and Injection.
For the internal spline, because of the space limitation, the above processing methods can also process the internal spline except for the roller machine.
